Host a Seminary Sunday!

Please consider hosting a “Seminary Sunday” at your congregation!

Such occasions help congregations and seminaries reflect on the role of theological education, to encourage those who may discern a call to ministry, and to affirm our partnership in proclaiming the Good News.

We have several staff, faculty, and students who are eager to participate, and ask you contact us if you would like to have us visit. Several options are available:

  • We would be honored to preach in your congregation for a Seminary Sunday event.
  • We can provide a brief “Temple Talk” at an appropriate time in the service, often with the opportunity to introduce a current student.
  • We are happy to meet with a group during the Sunday School hour.
  • We are willing to do all of the above!

Please let us know two or three options for dates when you could invite us to be with you and your congregation by completing the form below, or call the seminary at 215.248.6316 or send us an email to philanthropy@Ltsp.edu. We will then follow up with a confirmation of the date and discuss any additional information needed for the day.

Blessings on your ministry, and thank you for your partnership.
