Senior Major Gifts Officer, Office for Advancement
Vincent Dent joined the LTSP advancement staff as a Senior Major Gifts Officer on February 29, 2016. Prior to joining LTSP, Vincent held a number of senior level advancement positions including serving as the Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at East Stroudsburg University, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; Vice President of Advancement at Metropolitan Career Center, a workforce development nonprofit in Philadelphia; Vice President of Advancement at Liberty Lutheran, a human services and retirement community nonprofit in Ambler, Pennsylvania; Vice President of Advancement at United Church Homes, a retirement community and affordable housing nonprofit in Marion, Ohio; Senior Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at the Overseas Council, Indianapolis, Indiana, an international faith based nonprofit that supports overseas seminaries and ministries; and as Senior Fundraising counsel with Phoenix Development Services, Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Vincent’s areas of expertise include major gifts, planned giving, campaign planning, oversight and execution, advancement infrastructure, fiscal management, annual funds, and marketing.

Vincent is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Science, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Detroit, Michigan.
Vincent and his wife Kim and their dog Chico, live in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, and have two adult children, Erin and Vincent. The Dents worship at The Church of the Open Door in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, where Vincent serves as treasurer and sings in the choir with his daughter, Erin.
