Biography
Robert Hensil is a User Support Technician normally working Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM. He is responsible to provide support for end-user desktop computing, such as installation and setup of new computers, and troubleshooting and repair of desktop computers and printers. He is available to provide help to users over the telephone and by email as well as on site, if required, for those persons located on campus. He has knowledge of Microsoft Windows (95 to 7) and Microsoft Office. His goal is to make the use of technology more rewarding for our faculty, staff, and students.
Bob is also responsible for most of the classroom technology scheduling, setup and training. Requests for classroom technology should be sent to helpdesk@ltsp.edu.
