Carrie Schwab serves as Adminstrative Assistant to the President at LTSP. Carrie joined the seminary staff in 2004 and has held several positions at the seminary over the years, sometimes simultaneously.  

Most recently she served as Faculty Assistant, where she dealt with a range of tasks from the daily duties of helping faculty prepare for their classes, to event planning of faculty special events. Additionally as Faculty Assitant she assisted the Latino, Metropolitan/Urban and Multicultural Concentrations, the TEEM Program, and Chaplain staff. Previously Carrie also served in the positions of Theological Education with Youth Coordinator and Urban Theological Institute Assistant.

She is a native of Iowa. Before moving to Pennsylvania in 2002, she served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA with Iowa Campus Compact, advocating and assisting the participation of students, faculty, staff, and higher education institutions in public and community service. Carrie holds degrees in philosophy and communications.
