Rev. Heidi Rodrick-Schnaath came to the LTSP campus in 2005 when she was called to serve as the local Augsburg Fortress Bookstore manager. In 2009 when AFP closed their retail stores, she became the manager of LTSP Books & Gifts. In September 2011 she begin serving as the Coordinator of Student Services.
Pastor Rodrick-Schnaath was ordained in 1988 and began her first call as the solo pastor of a small town and country parish in Ava, Missouri. In 1991 she accepted the call to serve as the Associate Pastor of Living Lord, Lake St. Louis, Missouri. In 1995 she became the associate pastor of St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Naperville, Illinois where she served for 10 years.
Pastor Rodrick-Schnaath is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder and the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. She is married to Matt Schnaath and they have one daughter, Katie.
