Kathie Afflerbach's responsibilities include assisting the Foundation staff, which currently includes the Executive Director, Associate Directors, Campaign Coordinator, and Major Gifts Director. She also maintains the Raiser's Edge database. Prior to coming to work at the Seminary, she was a specialist in Human Resources. This former training has allowed her to help the new Human Resources Director build that department. Kathie says she feels "very blessed" to be a part of the Seminary community.
