Lisa provides Human Resource services to faculty and staff and works in partnership with the President and Dean's office (i.e., staff recruitment, personnel, payroll administration).  Human Resources is a part of the Business Office.  Lisa also handles Accounts Payable and managerial functions for the Business Office & Operations.  She sits on the President's Cabinet and Executive Cabinet.

Prior to joining LTSP in 2003, Lisa worked for Andersen Consulting as a Human Resources Analyst.  She has also worked for the University of Pensylvania, Department of Neuropsychopharmacology, and Aetna Life & Casualty.
