Lisa manages Human Resource functions for the staff and works in conjuction with the President's office (i.e., recruiting, new hires, exits, personnel, etc.).  Human Resources is apart of the Business Office and is lead by the Vice President of Finance and Operations.  In addition, Lisa also manages Accounts Payable and administrative functions for the Business Office.

Prior to joining LTSP in 2003, Lisa worked for a human resources consulting firm as an analyst.  She has also worked for the University of Pensylvania and Aetna.
