René Diemer has worked in LTSP's student services since January 1992, first as the assistant to the Director of Student Services and now as registrar.  As registrar, René is available to help seminary students address the following needs and concerns: Registration (not admission!) materials; information on courses and course schedules (current year only); transcripts (use Transcript Request form); grade reports at the conclusion of each term; withdrawal from courses; first-professional program progress; certification of student status or degrees received; consultation concerning course transfers and cross-registration; student lists; and other non-confidential student records information.

The Registrar's Office is located in the Enrollment Services area of the second floor of The Brossman Center.  René is assisted by Alice Popovic, Enrollment Services Administrative Assistant.  No appointment is required to see the registrar, but call if you’re coming from a distance to make sure she'll be here.  Most matters do not require your coming to her office -- unless you want to see René's collection of Phillies memorabilia.
