Yvonne Jones Lembo serves as a Philanthropic Advisor with the Office for Philanthropy at LTSP.

Since beginning LTSP’s MDiv program in 2008, Yvonne has served the Office for Philanthropy as a work-study intern, administrative assistant, and, since October 1, 2011, as Philanthropic Advisor. In this capacity, Yvonne cultivates strategic relationships in support of LTSP’s Urban Theological Institute (UTI) and LTSP funds that provide resources to equip African American scholars and Black Church leaders for twenty-first century ministry.

Yvonne received a Fundamentals of Fundraising Certificate from Villanova University in 2001. She gained nearly a decade of development experience from 1999-2008 through her work with CrossWorld, an international mission organization that raises more than 90 percent of its $16 million annual budget through monthly gifts from congregations and individuals.

Through CrossWorld, Yvonne established a regional and international network of African and African American ministry leaders and mission supporters and launched The Global Round Table, a monthly community-based mission mobilization conference that raised $15,000 over four years for mission projects. As Executive Director of Meet Me in Africa, she recruited 88 team members, solicited project funds, and empowered participants to raise more than $250,000 in six months.
