Summer Intensive 2013 - On-Campus Housing Request

IMPORTANT NOTICE: housing is limited. To assure availability, submit request at least four weeks prior to the start of the course. Housing requests submitted later will be entirely subject to availability.

NOTE: Check-in is 3:00 PM or Later; check-out is no later than 11:00 am.
Guests failing to check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure will be charged $55 for an extra night.

REQUEST FOR OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS For period of class, select the days for which you will need housing. Cost is calculated at $55 per individual night or $260 for five consecutive nights or $300 per week (6 or 7 nights).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

NOTES: Housing requests may be cancelled without penalty until two weeks before a course begins, after which there will be a $20 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for services cancelled after the course has begun.
